2. Capris and yoga shorts are great for summertime, heat, and humidity\with a shorter length to the legs. Also, easier to get some sun on those legs.
3. High-waist is great for working out and giving you extra control. It’s also high enough so you don’t have to worry about plummer crack when you’re bending and lifting.
4. The color and design of your hot yoga pants are also very important. Although your pretty colored yoga pants may look great when out with friends, they may not be the best for the gym doing squats or at work. Your basic black may not be the best for working out but is versatile and can be worn with almost anything when going out.
